Most of us will experience sleep issues at some point in our lives, but how we handle them is essential. When things get tough, some individuals turn to reading, some to music, and still others to drugs.

One mother and her son, on the other hand, developed a far better approach to treat insomnia that has made millions of people happy.

Lance began dancing with his mother Lucy as soon as he could walk, and she undoubtedly fostered a passion of music and dance in him.

So when Lucy complained about being tired one night, Lance knew just what to do to put her to sleep.

Lance, now a married man with two children, was ready to take his lovely mother’s hand in his and start dancing as Megan Traynor’s son “Dear Husband” began to play.

The two danced well together, and Lance’s daughter cheered from the sidelines while the rest of the family captured the poignant moment on camera.

They not only dance well, but also have distinct facial expressions.

Lucy turns to the camera halfway through the song and explains, “That’s what happened to people who couldn’t fall asleep in Louisiana.”

The video has been viewed millions of times and shared by tens of thousands of people who fell in love with the mother and son dancers right away. Lance seemed to like working with Lucy, while Lucy appears to enjoy dancing with her kid.

At the end of the dance, Lucy says something that causes the entire family to burst out laughing, and Lance collapses on the floor because he can’t stop laughing. This couple had a terrific time together!
